- Negative Modifiers now apply correctly (I didn't realize negative modifiers apply multiplicative).
- This also fixed "Infinitys" appearing when trying to calculate the speed of blessing a hex totem with 5 stacks of T3 Thill of The Hunt.

- Fixed Leverage applying a buff instead of a debuff
